  • Future payments (when launched): if/when we introduce paid offerings, payment-related details needed to complete transactions (payments will be processed via Razorpay or another payment provider, as applicable at that time)

4) Coaches / Mentors Access (Need-to-Know)

If NAYA involves mentor-led sessions or cohorts (including sessions conducted on tools like Zoom), we may share limited information with relevant coaches/mentors strictly on a need-to-know basis, such as:

  • Lead list details
  • Quiz answers
  • Cohort/session progress (if applicable)

If a support query requires mentor input, we may forward or share only the relevant details needed to resolve it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to help the site function, understand usage, and improve performance. This may include:

If you request deletion, we will delete your profile/lead record and associated personal information where reasonably possible, subject to:

If we introduce community/public posting features in the future, we may anonymize public contributions rather than delete them completely (where appropriate), so they are no longer linked to you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Minors

NAYA is intended for users aged 18+.

If a user is under 18, a parent/guardian should provide consent and supervise usage. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a minor without appropriate consent, we may delete it.

11) Cross-Border Processing

Although EPIC Express is incorporated in India, some of our service providers may process or store data in other locations depending on their infrastructure. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your state/country of residence.
