At NAYA, every Room, session, and offering is designed as a live, intimate experience with limited spots and thoughtful preparation for each participant.
Because your seat is reserved especially for you, all purchases for NAYA sessions, workshops, and events are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
When you book a spot, it is held exclusively in your name. This helps us maintain the quality, safety, and depth of the experience for everyone in the Room, and prevents overbooking or dilution of the space.
In the unlikely event that NAYA needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will have the option to:
- Transfer your spot to the new date
- Receive a full refund if the revised timing does not work for you
If you’re unable to attend
If something unexpected comes up and you cannot join live, you don’t need to worry about losing the value of your purchase.
You will receive full access to the session recording for 30 days, so you can experience the practices and insights at your own pace, in your own time.
Our intention is that you still receive the care, clarity, and support the session was designed to offer.
